Bengaluru: Gym affair turns extortion scam, man loses Rs 2.3 crore

A Bengaluru-based R&D head was allegedly extorted of Rs 2.3 crore by a woman he met at a gym. The woman, her brother, and an accomplice threatened to expose their relationship, leading him to pay for her silence over several years.
