Serious road traffic collision

 

At approximately 1255 Hrs on Monday 14^th December 2020 a two-vehicle road traffic collision occurred between a car and a motorcycle, on The Elms junction with Osborne Road in Plymouth, Devon.

As a result of the collision the motorcyclist, who is local to the area sustained serious life changing injuries. The car driver did not sustain any injuries.

The injured motorcyclist was taken hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.

Armed Response Officers as well as Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team attended the scene.  Once a thorough investigation into the collision had been conducted the road was re-opened.

Any persons who witnessed the collision or has information regarding it – in particular any Dashcam footage, are asked to contact Devon and Cornwall Police on 101 quoting log number 351 of the 14^th December 2020.
