Officers are appealing for information over the disturbance involving a group of people near Jesters, in Union Street, at around 4.50am on Saturday 2 October.

Detectives would like to find the person pictured who it is believed was walking past at the time and may have valuable information.

The passer-by in the images is a possible witness and is in no way suspected of any offences.

A 28-year-old Plymouth man has been arrested on suspicion of affray, assault, being drunk and disorderly and a public order offence. He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
