Fatal Road Traffic Collision, Tavistock

Police were called at 3am on Friday 8 October to Callington Road, Tavistock, following reports of a car in collision with an electrical substation.

Emergency services attended the scene where a man was confirmed deceased at the scene.

Local officers, Officers from the Alliance Roads Policing Team together with Alliance Armed Response attended the scene. Once a forensic investigation had been conducted the road was re-opened.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or may have dash cam footage in the area is asked to make contact.

Anyone with information which may assist the investigation is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 91 8/10/21.
