CCTV Appeal Over Serious Assault, Leeds University Union

Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to trace over a serious assault at a student night in Leeds that left the victim with a fractured cheekbone and eye socket.

The victim, a 20-year-old man, was repeatedly punched in the face in an unprovoked attack on the dancefloor at Leeds University Union in the early hours of September 18.

The suspect was described as a black male, aged about 20, about 5ft 9ins tall, with short black dreadlocks with the tips dyed orange.
