Appeal: Robbery, Thornhill Lees, Dewsbury

Police are appealing for information after a van driver was robbed in Dewsbury.

The Kirklees District Crime Team would like to speak to anyone who can assist enquiries into the incident which took place at about 10.15pm on Forge Lane, Thornhill Lees on Friday November 15th.

The incident took place close to Tarmac Limited after a male suspect entered a parked van and threatened the driver inside with a knife.

He then made off with the victim’s mobile phone leaving the victim shaken but unhurt.
