A former Met chief superintendent says he is disappointed about the time it took for the police to agree to investigate lockdown breaches in Downing Street.
Dal Babu said he thinks there needs to be an investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) into why the police didn’t investigate from the beginning.
