Mel Kiper Jr. of ESPN released his latest 2023 NFL Draft big board as College Football Bowl season gets underway and the bowl opt-outs trickle in.
There are some MAJOR changes in Kiper’s Big Big Board, including a New #1 2023 NFL Draft Prospect, a shocking jump from one prospect into the Top 5 and lots of changes in the top 10 overall.
Jalen Carter is the new #1 draft prospect, while Will Levis is still QB1 (somehow).
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who didn’t play at all this year, has suddenly skyrocketed in the ESPN Top 25 NFL Draft prospect rankings.
