Cyclonic Storm Fengal was a deadly tropical cyclone that brought significant flooding and damage to Southern India and Sri Lanka. The fourth cyclonic storm of the 2024 North Indian Ocean cyclone season, Fengal originated from a tropical disturbance off the coast of Sumatra, Indonesia on 14 November. It killed at least 37 people; 20 in India and 17 in Sri Lanka, along with 20 injuries.
