British number one Jack Draper is beaten in three sets by Andrey Rublev in the Qatar Open final.

Andrey Andreyevich Rublev is a Russian professional tennis player. He has been ranked as high as world No. 5 in men's singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), which he first achieved in September 2021. Rublev has won seventeen ATP Tour singles titles, including two Masters 1000 events at the 2023 Monte-Carlo Masters and at the 2024 Madrid Open. He has reached the quarterfinals of all four majors. Rublev also has four ATP Tour-level doubles titles, including a Masters 1000 event at the 2023 Madrid Open partnering Karen Khachanov, and a gold medal in mixed doubles at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics partnering Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova.
