The State Factory "Production Union Pivdennyi Machine-Building Plant named after O.M. Makarov", officially abbreviated as Pivdenmash and previously as Yuzhmash, was a Ukrainian state-owned aerospace manufacturer. Prior to 1991, it was a Soviet state-owned factory.
