Two-time champion Gary Anderson is dumped out of the PDC World Championship on his 54th birthday by Jeffrey de Graaf.

Jeffrey de Graaf is a Dutch-born Swedish darts player. He has played in seven World Championships but lost in the first round each time, before winning his first and second round matches in the 2024 PDC World Darts Championship. He moved from the BDO to the PDC in 2016. De Graaf has played for Sweden in the World Cup of Darts after a five year naturalisation period.
