Ghana: Minister Withdraws Controversial Road Traffic Proposal

[Ghanaian Times] The Minister of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development, Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah, has withdrawn the controversial Road Traffic Regulations, 2012 (LI 2180).
