[New Dawn] Monrovia -- Last month, Liberia's 177th Independence Day Orator, Dr. Robtel Pailey, urged President Boakai to withdraw the appointment of the WECC Executive Director Cllr. Jonathan Massaquoi because he was "selected under dubious circumstances."
