Uganda: Uganda Says It Involved Kenya in Kizza Besigye's Arrest

[Capital FM] Nairobi -- President Museveni's Information Minister Chris Baryomunsi has said Uganda reached out to the Kenyan government to facilitate the arrest of Kizza Besigye.
