Uganda: Court of Appeal - Finance Minister Should Name New Urbra Board As Ordered By High Court

[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- The Court of Appeal has dismissed an application by four board members of the Uganda Retirement Benefits Regulatory Authority (URBRA), to halt a High Court order, seeking to have them replaced because they lack the requisite competences to hold their positions.
