NASA Killed America's First Robotic Moon Rover, VIPER Might Still Fly for Others

After spending years and a small fortune in developing America's first robotic rover meant to explore the Moon and the world's dedicated to hunting for water, American space agency NASA announced back in July that it was killing the project.
