Post Office: Former chairman claims CEO was ‘set to resign over pay’

The chief executive of the Post Office is under investigation amounting to an “80-page” dossier and was close to quitting as he was “unhappy with the salary”, the former chairman Henry Staunton has claimed in a bombshell evidence session.
