Business owners look to turn Scottsdale Ferrari Art Week into Valley's next big thing

Major Scottsdale events attract hundreds of thousands of visitors every year between January and April – from car collectors, to Arabian horse exhibitors and golf and baseball fans. A group of local business owners are trying to make the next big event, set to debut in March, based around art.
