Kraft hits back
US giant Kraft has hit back at Cadbury as a bitter £10bn battle for control of the UK chocolate maker intensifies.
Kraft has reiterated the strength of its hostile takeover offer after the Dairy Milk maker accused its rival of attempting to buy it on the cheap.
The Oreo firm said Cadbury was asking investors to "put faith" in meeting performance levels based on long-term targets it had never before achieved.
