GSA wants to offload massive Richmond office building in latest federal cost cuts

The 580,000-square-foot Frank Hagel Federal Building at 1221 Nevin Ave is currently home to the Social Security Administration, Sun-Pacific Federal Credit Union and AFGE. It’s not clear when the property could hit the market, or what pricing the GSA would seek for it.
