Washington Ho to launch new THC-infused drink H2Ho that will be made in Austin

It's the celebrity broker's second attempt at establishing himself in the THC seltzer business — even as a bill to ban the substance is moving through the Texas Legislature. Austin-based Hometown Hero will manufacturer and distribute H2Ho.
