The eagerly awaited sequel to 'Stree', titled 'Stree 2', has created a buzz since its August 15 release. Featuring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurrana, and Pankaj Tripathi, the film not only captivates with its horror-comedy blend but also includes intriguing references to Ranbir Kapoor’s work. Fans have noticed that certain dialogues in Stree 2 echo lines from Ranbir’s earlier films, such as a line reminiscent of Rockstar: "Pata hai… Yahan se bahut door, galat aur sahi ke paar, ek maidan hai, main wahaan milunga tujhe." The mid-credits scene has also drawn attention with a line by Abhishek's character, "Tu Bhediya hai, Animal mat bann," aimed at Varun Dhawan’s special appearance as Bhediya/Bhaskar. Additionally, a playful nod to Ranbir’s hit song Channa Mereya from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil adds to the film’s charm. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the film also features a cameo by Akshay Kumar, leading fans to hope for more horror-comedy projects in the Maddock universe.
