'He's a father figure for me' - Ayew pays tribute to Hodgson

After scoring in the 1-1 draw at Everton, Crystal Palace forward Jordan Ayew says Roy Hodgson was "a father figure" to him, on the day the 76-year-old stepped down as manager at Selhurst Park.
