UPDATES — Israel says it targeted Hezbollah's central headquarters in Beirut, as explosions hit Lebanon's capital

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu told the UN General Assembly it was up to Hamas and Hezbollah to end the conflicts in Gaza and Lebanon. He also criticized the UN and said he'd come to New York to "set the record straight."
