Middle East updates: IDF says Hezbollah HQ in Beirut hit

Israel's military said it had conducted strikes on a southern suburb of the Lebanese capital, saying it targeted the central headquarters of Hezbollah. The strike followed soon after Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at the UN.
