Celtic, Rangers & Well face SPFL charge over pyrotechnics

Celtic, Motherwell and Rangers are facing potential fines by the Scottish Professional Football League after the extensive use of pyrotechnics by their supporters during last month's Scottish League Cup semi-finals at Hampden Park.
