Govt 'not to blame' for Myanmar scam hubs

Deputy Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai has rejected claims by Myanmar's junta that Thailand is partly to blame for the proliferation of online scam centres in Myanmar, saying the problem is a complicated matter that concerns multiple parties.
