Man steals 57 laptops from Bengaluru firm to clear debt, lands in soup

Whitefield police arrested Murugesh, a 29-year-old system admin at Telecaller India Pvt Ltd, for stealing approximately 57 laptops valued at Rs 22 lakh. Employed since February, he stopped attending work on August 22 and was apprehended on September 2 in Hosur. Murugesh cited financial distress from agricultural losses as his motive.
