Andhra Pradesh man kills 80 bovines in 4 years to make villagers hire his oxen for farm work

A man from Kamalapuram village in Andhra Pradesh was arrested for allegedly poisoning around 80 cows and bulls over four years. Shankarachary, the accused, poisoned the animals so that farmers would be forced to hire his oxen for agricultural work.
