3 workers killed, 8 hurt as 70ft transmission tower collapses in Madhya Pradesh

Three people lost their lives and eight were critically injured when a 70-foot-high 400KV transmission tower collapsed in Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh. The incident occurred as old towers were being replaced by a firm from Bengal. The victims, all from West Bengal, were taken to a hospital where three were pronounced dead.
