FIR against builder, trust for ‘bid to grab’ Borivli land under guise of redevpt

An FIR has been lodged against developer Ravi Punjabi and a trust for attempting to usurp housing federation plots in Borivli. Punjabi, already out on bail in another case, allegedly falsified property records with the support of the accused trust. The complainant asserted that neither he nor his trust authorized the claims made by Punjabi.
