United States: SEC Updates Offering Exemption Framework - Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison

In an effort to ease capital raising burdens for smaller issuers, the SEC has adopted amendments to modernize, harmonize and simplify the exempt offering framework (available here).
