On Jan. 22, 2024, the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") announced increased reporting thresholds under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended ("HSR Act"); the revised HSR thresholds will become effective 30 days after their publication in the Federal Register.
