Crude oil moved lower today after the Energy Information Administration reported an inventory build of 4.6 million barrels for the week to September 24. This compared with a draw of 3.5 million barrels for the previous week and analyst expectations of a 2.33-million-barrel draw. In fuels, the EIA reported more inventory builds, though modest ones.
