Russian Tanker Discharges Oil at Chinese Port After U.S. Sanctions

A tanker carrying Russian crude discharged at a port operated by Shandong Port Group in east China on Thursday after the Biden administration slapped fresh sanctions on Russian energy, Reuters has reported.
