Appeal: Serious Road Traffic Collision, Wakefield City Centre

Wednesday, 16 December 2020 

Police are appealing for information following a serious road traffic collision in Wakefield city centre. 

It happened at about 1:11pm yesterday (Tuesday) when a Lexus IS 300h was in collision with a male pedestrian in Cliff Parade, near to the junction with Wood Street. 

The pedestrian, who is 90 years-old, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. 

He is said to be in a stable condition today.
