Police have charged two men and a woman in connection with the murder of Callum Hill, 22, from Plymouth.

Callum was found seriously injured at Kit Hill, near Callington, East Cornwall, on Saturday 26 March and died two days later from his injuries.

Andrew Hatrey, 38, from Callington, and Kristian Humphries, 30, from Gunnislake, have been charged with his murder and remanded in custody.

Yesterday, Thursday 28 January, at a hearing at Truro Magistrates’ Court, Alexander ‘Billy’ Humphries, 27, from Callington, was charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm with intent, against Hatrey, and conspiracy to commit violent disorder; Daniel Humphries, 24, from Callington, was charged with conspiracy to commit violent disorder; and Terri Underwood, 40, from the village of St Ive in East Cornwall, was charged with perverting the course of justice.

All three have been bailed to appear at Truro Crown Court on Monday 22 February for a preliminary hearing with Andrew Hatrey and Kristian Humphries.
