Police are appealing for witnesses of a serious collision between a car and a motorcycle on the B3266 at Broadview, Camelford, on Saturday 24 April.

The collision occurred at around 4.40pm and involved a Suzuki GSX 1400 motorcycle and a Ford C-Max car.

The motorcyclist was flown to Derriford Hospital by the Cornwall Air Ambulance with life-changing, possibly life-threatening, injuries.

Devon and Cornwall’s Alliance Roads Policing Team attended with a Forensic Collision Investigator and a Scene of Crime Officer and the road was closed for around 10 hours while an investigation took place. Police would like to thank the public for their patience.

Witnesses, or anyone who was in the area at the time and may have information about either vehicle, including dashcam footage, are asked to contact police on 101 or via email, 101@dc.police.uk quoting log number 683, 24/04/21.
