Serious injury road traffic collision near Wadebridge

Police were called to reports of a single-vehicle road traffic collision involving a silver Honda Jazz, on the B3314 between Wadebridge and Rock at around 1.20pm on Saturday 26 June.

Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service, the ambulance service and Cornwall Air Ambulance attended the scene with police officers from Bodmin and the Alliance Roads Policing Team.

As a result of the collision, the front seat passenger was treated for serious injuries and was taken to Treliske Hospital, along with the driver, for treatment.

Police would like to thank the members of the public for their help at the scene and also for their patience whilst an investigation was completed.
