Man charged with rape, Falmouth

Police have charged a 23-year-old man from Hayle with rape.

Officers were called to a report of a serious sexual assault at an address in Falmouth in the early hours of Sunday 5 December.

Davlatsho Davlatshoev, aged 23, of Gwinear Road, Connor Downs, Hayle, has been charged with rape.

He is due to appear before Bodmin Magistrates’ Court today [17 December].
