Appeal For Witnesses to Collision After Pedestrian Killed In Huddersfield

Police are appealing for witnesses to a  road traffic collision in Huddersfield in which a pedestrian suffered fatal injuries.

The incident happened on Manchester Road at around 00:40 this morning (Monday, 28th March).

The male pedestrian was walking along Manchester Road towards Huddersfield when he crossed the road and was in collision with a blue Audi Quattro travelling away from Huddersfield. The incident happened about 600 metres away from the junction with Cowlersley Lane.
