Appeal Over Fatal Road Traffic Collision Involving Child, Back Camberley Street, Beeston, Leeds

Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision involving a child in Leeds.

A five-year-old boy was involved in a collision with a black Nissan Note in Back Camberley Street, Beeston, at about 4.55pm yesterday.

He was taken to hospital for treatment but was pronounced dead a short time later.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and remains in custody.
