Appeal For Witnesses For Serious Road Traffic Collision in Birkby, Huddersfield

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision in Huddersfield.

Officers were called to Wheathouse Road, Birkby at around 8:20am on Monday (26/09) to a collision involving a Ford Ka and a six-year-old girl on the zebra crossing between Annie Smith Way and Macaulay Road.

The girl suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
