Police response to issues with commercial burglaries and ASB in Wakefield city centre

In the six-month period since September 2022, there have been 62 offences of commercial burglary recorded in Ward 17, which includes the city centre, Peacock, Flanshaw & St. Johns. There has been a particular increase in offences since January.
