Appeal For Witnesses: Murder, Ripon Avenue, Fartown, Huddersfield

Detectives have launched a murder investigation following the death of a woman in Fartown earlier today (26/05). 

At 6.59am this morning, police were called to reports of a women found seriously injured with stab wounds in Ripon Avenue, Fartown. 

The woman, aged in her 50s, received emergency treatment at the scene but died a short time later at hospital. 

A 55-year-old man has been arrested in connection with incident.
