Attempt Murder Arrest Over Leeds Shooting

A man has been arrested today on suspicion of attempted murder in relation to the shooting of an 18-year-old man in Leeds.

The 21-year-old was arrested when officers carried out an operation targeting a number of addresses in Leeds as part of an ongoing investigation, led by detectives from West Yorkshire Police Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, into the incident in Wykebeck Avenue on Thursday, July 27.

The victim received a gunshot wound to the leg and had to undergo surgery.
