Increased Search Powers In Place After Man Stabbed, Holbeck, Leeds

Detectives are appealing for information after a man was attacked with a machete and seriously injured in Leeds last night. 

At 7.14pm, police received a report of a man having been stabbed in Top Moor Side, Holbeck. 

Armed officers were deployed to the scene, supported by a police helicopter, and the victim, a 38-year-old man, was found in Recreation Place.
