Appeal: Serious Collision, Sowerby Bridge

Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Calderdale.  

It happened on Ripponden Road in Sowerby Bridge at about 7.15pm on Friday, 20 October, when a silver Ford Fiesta travelling towards Ripponden was in collision with a pink Mazda MX5 travelling the other way, close to Baitings reservoir. 

Three people were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening.
