Appeal Following Dispute Involving Weapons, Calderdale

Police in Calderdale are investigating following an alleged dispute in Todmorden last night.   

At 11.45pm, police were called to reports of two males on Poplar Avenue in possession of weapons, one male reported to be carrying a crossbow.

Local district officers attended, supported by specialist armed officers, and located both males, who were subsequently arrested in connection with the incident.

Damage was found to a property, but no one was injured.
